Q: How many precision parts can we get from a tooling run?

A: There is not a set answer.  HCE takes into consideration customers' raw material, specifications, annual volume,      press capabilities and offers solutions for maximizing runs.

Q: What kind of materials does Hydro-Cam stamping work with?

A:  Carbide, Common tool steels A-2, D-2, M-2, powdered metals M-48, CPM-10V.


Dimensional Tolerances
Q: What kind of Dimensional Tolerances can Hydro-Cam hold?

A:  Within one ten thousandth of an inch (.0001").


Customer Samples
Q: Can you work with my sample?

A: Yes.  HCE has experience in reverse engineering products that do not have any drawings.


Blanket Orders/Split Shipments for Inventory Control
Q: Will you accept blanket orders? Will you hold customer inventory for split shipments?

A:  Yes.  HCE accepts blanket orders and works with you to help with your inventory control.

A: Yes.  In house rotary barrel tumbling for deburr to full edge radius.
